Paige Healy, RD, LD
I currently live in Nevada with my husband Kurt, two children Brooklyn and Logan and our spoiled dog Zeus. I came from a large family and I was raised in a small town in central Iowa. Some of my hobbies include traveling, camping, and enjoying the outdoors. As a family we are also avid Minnesota Viking football fans. I absolutely enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, and of course the scenery while on the back of my husband’s motorcycle. Before becoming an Advocate for Life Choices, I successfully owned and operated a licensed daycare in my home for 15 years. My passion has and will always be to care for and help others. I am currently enrolled at DMACC for the spring session to start my CNA classes. I am scheduled to complete the classes at the end of April 2022. This will give me additional knowledge and skills to better assist our aging members to remain in their homes.
I grew up in Ames, IA and graduated from Ames High School in 2016. I then attended and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2020 with a B.A. in Health and Human Physiology. After graduation I obtained my Health and Wellness Coaching certification through WellCoaches. I am now attending Walden University part time and pursing my M.S. in Health Education. I currently live in Ankeny with my fiancé Angelo and our dog Kelso. I look forward to working with members on healthy habit building, facilitating group exercise classes, and offering fall prevention education to keep our members healthy, active, and safe.
