Ashley started with LifeChoices in September as a member advocate and manager of Bethany at Home. Ashley is an extremely empathetic person whose passion is helping others, and always has been. With her AAS in occupational therapy, Ashley has 10+ years experience working in inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, hospital, and home healthcare. As she continues to acclimate to Bethany Life and LifeChoices, she cannot wait to meet every single one of her members. She feels strongly that being able to help others, and soon advocate for her members, is what makes her heart happy, getting to know “what they want, what they don’t want, just their personalities in general so I can serve them they way they deserve,” said Ashley.
Originally from Knoxville, Iowa, Ashley now resides in Boone alongside her daughter, Rylie. Ashley loves to be outside as she enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking, and riding motorcycles. With a strong faith, Ashley has, “always trusted in God’s plan even when [she] doesn’t understand it, and God led her to Bethany Life.” While she continues to get to know all of her members, she wants everyone to know that, “I have a lot of energy and sometimes talk too fast because I am excited and passionate about what I do.”
