For Financial Professionals
Help Your Clients Plan for More Than Retirement.
Help Them Plan for Aging.
Your clients have worked hard to build their savings, prepare for retirement and protect what matters most. But even the best financial plan can be impacted by an unexpected need for long-term care.
LifeChoices® at Bethany gives your clients a proactive way to plan for the future while they are healthy and independent — helping them protect their assets, maintain their independence and receive the support they need to remain at home as they age.
LifeChoices is a life care at home membership program that provides guaranteed care for life, with a focus on wellness, independence and asset protection.
THE MISSING PIECE
Is Aging Part of Your Client's Financial Plan?
Your clients may have a retirement strategy, investment portfolio, estate plan and insurance coverage.
But have they answered one important question?
“What happens to my plan if I need care?”
Planning for aging isn’t simply a healthcare conversation. It can also be a financial conversation.
LifeChoices® helps clients put a plan in place before a crisis occurs, providing access to services designed to help them remain independent while protecting against the potential financial impact of future long-term care needs. LifeChoices is specifically designed for individuals who join while reasonably healthy and living independently.

WHY REFER TO LIFECHOICES?
You don’t have to become an expert in aging services or long-term care. LifeChoices gives you a trusted resource to introduce when these conversations arise with your clients..
Protect What They've Built
Long-term care can create significant financial exposure. LifeChoices provides clients with a proactive strategy designed around asset protection and access to future care.
Preserve Independence
For clients who tell you, “I want to stay in my home,” LifeChoices is designed around that exact goal: helping members remain healthy, supported and independent at home for as long as possible.
Plan Before the Crisis
LifeChoices is designed to begin while members are healthy and independent. That makes the financial planning years an ideal time to start the conversation—not after a care crisis has occurred.
Give Families a Partner
Every LifeChoices member has an Advocate who develops a relationship with them from day

CONVERSATION STARTERS
When Your Client Says This... Think LifeChoices.
These aren’t just aging questions.
They’re planning questions.
LIFECHOICES + LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE
Your Client Already Has Long-Term Care Insurance? That's Okay.
LifeChoices doesn’t have to replace the planning your client has already done.
Long-term care insurance primarily helps address financial exposure when qualifying care is needed. LifeChoices takes a broader approach by helping coordinate and provide services while supporting members throughout the aging process.
Understanding what a long-term care policy covers, how the benefits work, and when to put those benefits into action is an important part of planning for the future. LifeChoices is happy to provide a complimentary review of your client’s most current policy information to help ensure they understand their coverage and how to use it when the time comes.
